Dhan Saarthi is the trade name of the mutual fund distribution platform operated by Khazana Fintech Private Limited ("the Company"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 bearing CIN U66190WB2025PTC276483, having its registered office at 28 Southend Park, Prime Residency, Ground Floor, Kolkata 700029. The Company is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India ("AMFI") as a mutual fund distributor bearing ARN-325085.

The Company acts solely as a distributor of mutual fund products and does not provide investment advisory services as defined under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Nothing on this Platform, in any communication from the Company, or in any material published by the Company constitutes investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, or any other regulated advisory service.

2. No Investment Advice

By accessing or using the Dhan Saarthi platform at https://dhansaarthi.com or its mobile application (the "Platform"), you acknowledge and agree that:

• All information, content, tools, calculators, articles, blogs, reports and materials available on the Platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes or should be construed as investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any mutual fund scheme or financial product, financial planning guidance, tax advice, or legal advice.
• The Company does not provide personalised investment recommendations. Any scheme information, fund comparisons, rankings or performance data displayed on the Platform reflect publicly available data and do not constitute a recommendation.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Before investing, you should carefully evaluate your financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon, and consult a qualified and registered investment adviser or financial planner if required.
• Employees and representatives of the Company are not authorised to provide investment advice in any form - including through telephone, email, WhatsApp, social media, video calls or any other channel. Any investment-related advice inadvertently given by any employee or representative is strictly in their personal capacity. The Company expressly disclaims all liability arising from any reliance on such advice.

3. Investment Risk Disclaimer

All investments in mutual funds are subject to market risks, including the possible loss of principal. The value of units purchased may go up or down depending on market conditions. You may receive more or less than the amount you invested upon redemption.

• Past performance of any mutual fund scheme is not necessarily indicative of its future performance. Historical returns, star ratings and scheme rankings displayed on the Platform are for reference only and do not guarantee future results.
• The Company does not guarantee, promise, assure or indicate any returns, fixed or variable, on any investment made through the Platform.
• The Company does not guarantee the liquidity of any mutual fund scheme. Liquidity is determined by the terms of the relevant scheme and applicable SEBI regulations.
• The Company does not guarantee the payment of dividends or interest on any investment product. Dividend declarations are entirely at the discretion of the AMC and are subject to the availability of distributable surplus.
• The Company does not guarantee the redemption or repayment of any investment product at maturity or otherwise.
• The Company does not offer to buy back or repurchase any mutual fund units. Any redemption is subject to the terms of the relevant AMC and scheme.
• Investments in mutual funds are not deposits with the Company and are not bank insured. They do not constitute obligations of the Company or any of its affiliates.
• Market-linked investments carry inherent risks including but not limited to equity risk, interest rate risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, currency risk and concentration risk. Investors should carefully read the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of each scheme before investing.

4. Platform Tools and Calculators

The Platform provides various tools including but not limited to risk profiling, SIP calculators, goal planning tools and mutual fund comparison features. In respect of all such tools:

• Results generated by risk profiling tools are based solely on the responses you provide. They are designed to help you understand your risk capacity and tolerance and do not constitute investment advice, financial planning or a recommendation to purchase any specific product.
• SIP calculators, goal planning projections and return estimates are illustrative only. They are based on assumed rates of return that may not reflect actual market performance. The Company makes no representation that such projections will be achieved.
• Mutual fund comparison tools display data sourced from publicly available databases. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such data.
• Scheme ratings, rankings and categorisations displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party data providers. The Company does not endorse, verify or take responsibility for such ratings or rankings.
• Graphical representations of past investment performance, NAV trends or portfolio projections on the Platform shall not be construed as an assurance or authoritative indication of future returns.

5. Accuracy of Information

The Company endeavours to provide accurate, up-to-date information on the Platform. However:

• The Company does not warrant that information on the Platform is always current, accurate, complete or free from errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies.
• NAV data, fund performance data, portfolio valuations and other financial data are sourced from AMCs, RTAs and third-party data providers. The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracy in data provided by such sources.
• Users are encouraged to verify all information independently and consult the official scheme documents of the relevant AMC before making any investment decision.
• The Company reserves the right to correct, update or remove any information on the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6. Commission and Brokerage Disclosure

The Company receives brokerage and trail commission from AMCs in its capacity as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/168230/09 dated June 30, 2009:

• The Company discloses all commissions - in the form of trail commission or any other mode - payable to it for the different competing schemes of various mutual funds from amongst which a scheme is made available or recommended to investors.
• Scheme recommendations or displays on the Platform are not made on the basis of commission rates. Performance and fund details of competing schemes across AMCs are made available to users for independent evaluation.
• The Company does not provide direct plans of mutual funds as an investment adviser. Any transaction facilitated through the Platform is in the regular plan of the relevant scheme unless otherwise specified.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

• The Platform may contain links to or references to third-party websites, publications and data sources. The Company does not monitor, endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or reliability of any third-party source.
• Any display of third-party products, services or content on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship or approval by the Company.
• The Company is not responsible for losses arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party content, link or service accessed through the Platform.

8. Platform Availability

• The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unavailability, interruption, delays or technical failures of the Platform, including those caused by maintenance, upgrades, network issues, AMC or RTA system downtime, cyber incidents or events beyond its control.
• Transaction processing is subject to the operating hours and systems of the relevant AMC, RTA, BSE platform and payment gateway. The Company does not guarantee the timely execution of any transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable Law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, any investment made through the Platform, or reliance on any information or tool available on the Platform.
• The Company shall not be liable for any act, omission, delay or default of any AMC, RTA, bank, payment gateway, KYC agency, SEBI, AMFI or any other third party involved in the processing of your investment.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect NAV application, delayed allotment, delayed redemption proceeds or failed transactions caused by AMC, RTA or system-level issues.
• Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, or any liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection laws or other Applicable Law.

10. Regulatory Status

• The Company is registered with AMFI as a mutual fund distributor bearing ARN-325085. It is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, portfolio manager, stockbroker or in any other intermediary capacity.
• The Company is empanelled with various AMCs for distribution of their mutual fund schemes on a non-exclusive basis. Such empanelment does not imply endorsement of the Company by SEBI, AMFI or any AMC.
• Regulatory registrations are subject to periodic renewal. Users are advised to verify the Company's current registration status at www.amfiindia.com.
